I had the opportunity to work at BLAST R6 RE:LO:AD 2025 in Brazil, supporting one of the premier Rainbow Six Siege esports events. In my role as a Player Hospitality Specialist, I was responsible for ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all professional players and teams throughout the event.

My duties included coordinating travel and accommodation logistics, managing player arrivals and departures, and providing access to essential facilities and resources. I collaborated closely with event organizers to meet the specific needs of players and teams, fostering a professional and welcoming environment.

Serving as the main point of contact for players, I facilitated effective communication between teams and tournament staff, swiftly resolving any issues to maintain a high standard of service. This role required strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure, all contributing to the success of the event and positive player experiences.

I had the privilege of working at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh in both 2024 and 2025, where I supported major events across several top-tier esports titles including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (Wildcards `25, MWI `25, MSC `24 & `25), PUBG `25, PUBG Mobile `24, Apex Legends `24, Call of Duty: Warzone `24, and Counter-Strike 2 `25.

My role as a Player Hospitality Specialist involved ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for professional players and teams throughout their stay and participation in the tournament. I was responsible for coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, managing logistics related to player arrivals and departures, and making sure all participants had access to essential facilities and services.

I worked closely with event organizers to accommodate special requirements and create a welcoming environment that allowed players to focus on their performance. From January to November 2022, I served as an assistant team manager for Alliance, a prestigious Swedish esports club. My role involved establishing and managing the team's training regime and schedules, coordinating with third-party partners, and contributing to the team's growth and success. Notably, I assisted the team in their promotion from Division 2 to Division 1 by implementing effective work and training strategies, leading to a second-place finish.

As the general manager for Team Reaction, a prominent Turkish esports team, I had the privilege of serving during two contract periods: from May 2016 to January 2017 and July 2017 to July 2019. My responsibilities included managing the team and squads, conducting sponsorship talks, and collaborating with local tournament organizers. I prioritized effective coordination and performance management for the team and its squads, ensuring seamless operations. I successfully negotiated sponsorships to support the team's endeavors and engaged in productive discussions with local tournament organizers, securing their participation in various events.

During my earlier contract from April 2015 to May 2016, I focused on establishing a comprehensive training regime and structured work schedules. These measures optimized productivity and preparedness for upcoming competitions. Throughout my tenure, I actively fostered partnerships with local tournament organizers, expanding the team's presence and reputation within the Turkish esports scene.

Between January 2017 and July 2017, I had the opportunity to serve as the team manager for BPI Gaming, a Turkish esports team. BPI Gaming actively participated in esports tournaments, with contracted players who showcased their talents to the Turkish audience.

As the team manager, my main responsibilities included establishing and managing the team's training regime, as well as setting up their daily, weekly, and monthly work and training schedules. I aimed to create a structured and efficient environment that maximized the team's potential.
​
In addition, I collaborated closely with local third-party tournament organizers to ensure the team's active participation in various events. By engaging in effective communication and coordination, we were able to showcase our skills and compete at different levels.
​
Overall, my role as the team manager for BPI Gaming revolved around optimizing training, coordinating schedules, and fostering relationships with local tournament organizers.

During my time with Team Reaction, I scouted and developed over 10 talented Turkish players, some of whom were under 18. Through dedicated training and performance management, I helped them enhance their skills, leading to their transfer to other prominent Turkish teams. Many of these players have gone on to compete in global events, including the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC), and they still continue to dominate the Turkish esports scene while participating in both local and international competitions.
